- Host–guest chat system
- Push notifications (if app is used)
Digital delivery is instant or may take a few minutes depending on network speed.
3. Property Booking Confirmations
Once a user submits a booking request or inquiry:
- A confirmation email/SMS is sent instantly
- Booking details appear in the user dashboard
- Hosts may also receive instant notifications
If additional verification is required, the process might take up to 24 hours.
4. Listing Approval Delivery
When a property owner submits a new listing:
- The listing enters our review process
- Approval or revision notice is delivered digitally
- Review time typically takes 1–24 hours
Once approved, the listing appears publicly on RoomWalay.com.
5. Delays in Digital Delivery
Although rare, digital delivery may be delayed due to:
- Network or server issues
- Incorrect email or phone number provided
- Technical errors with the user’s device
- Email going into spam folder
- High traffic periods
If you do not receive a confirmation within 5–10 minutes, please:
- Check spam/junk folder
- Recheck your email or number
