Check-in & Check-out

* ⏰ Check-out: Before 11:00 AM
* Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

During Your Stay

* 🚭 No smoking inside the Bedroom. Smoking is only allowed in designated Living Room areas.
* 🚫 No parties, events, or loud music.
* 🔇 Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.
* 👥 Only registered guests are permitted inside the apartment. (If the Booking is for 2 People, no outsiders should be invited)
* 🐶 No pets unless approved before booking.

Apartment Care

* 🛋️ Please treat the apartment and furniture with care.
* 🍽️ Wash used dishes or place them neatly before departure.
* 🗑️ Dispose of trash in the designated bins.
* 💡 Turn off lights, AC, TV, and appliances when leaving.
* 🚪 Always lock doors and windows when you go out.

Damage & Loss

* Guests are responsible for any damage or missing items during their stay.
* Please report accidental damage immediately so we can resolve it quickly.
